Amaury Barberot is CEO of Expliseat, a French industrial scale-up on a mission to decarbonize mobility through ultra-lightweight seating solutions. After joining the company in 2012, he played a key role in developing and industrializing its core technology. Since becoming CEO in 2021, he has led Expliseat through a major strategic transformation – quadrupling its size, securing flagship clients like Air France, and raising another €36 million in 2025 to scale globally.
